  The Welwyn wire wound precision resistors that I offer are in the category of "once they're gone, they're gone" as they started life as a finite supply at the GPO Dollis Hill laboratory before ending up with me. Anyone know anything about Welwyn? Well, for those that don't, here's a potted history. Welwyn Electrical Laboratories Ltd was established in 1937 in Welwyn Garden City, near London, UK.
