Now these came to me in a Silent Key project box, marked "tinned ready for use" I decided to reform and measure the ESR and found that these were indeed good capacitors showing low ESR and minimal leakage once reformed. Obviously I cannot sell these as NOS buit knowing the paucity of axial capacitors thought I would offer these for sale at a reduced price failing which I will know where they are if a project needing one arrives here at Mullard Magic Towers.
