This Westinghouse Radiotron tall form ST envelope 5U4G valve shows excellent bright getter and tests as EXCELLENT using my AVO VCM163 valve tester. The black base is tight to the envelope and carries Westinghouse markings in red inking. The envelope carries an etched cartouche that reads 5U4G 10E/47 indicating that this device was produced for the Air Ministry.

Device specification 120mA delivery for both diode sections. So you can see we have 100% emission from this venerable beauty.
