SYLVANIA OR CATHODEON GLASS POINT CONTACT GERMANIUM DIODE IN-34 FROM 1950
Well just look at these, a real blast from the past, they have glass encapsulation just like the Sylvania product, they have end stop and lead welding just like the Sylvania product, however, they have terminal colour coding just like the Cathodeon (Pye) devices from 1950 - 52 so I am unsure as to manufacturing origin.
I am sure however, that this represents a rare opportunity to secure a genuine device from the time of birth of the "crystal diode" - simply super.
