1950s, Atomic Test, Flash Protection Goggles, & Spare Lenses

On offer today we have these goggles which were owned by someone involved with AWRE so may have been involved with Atomic Blast Testing.  In reasonable condition, the two layer lenses show  a crack in the inner layer of one eyepiece, however, the goggles come with a stash of spare lenses.  No markings can be seen on either lenses or outer aluminium shell to add further provenence.  An interesting  historical artefact indeed.
